Preparation for Birth & Beyond - 5 week course

A 5-week antenatal course delivered jointly by Health Visitors, Family Hub Workers, Midwives and Infant Feeding Peer Support Workers.

It is aimed at first time expectant parents who are between 28 and 34 weeks pregnant. The course covers a wide range of topics to prepare you for the arrival of your baby

All Dads and partners are invited to attend and will be included in your 1 ticket sale.

Come and meet other parents and find out about:

  • what your baby needs during pregnancy and beyond
  • becoming a parent, and what it means in practice.
  • local support available to you
  • labour and birth
  • caring for yourselves and your baby
  • feeding your baby

Please attend all session dates as follows:

  • Week 1: Fri 25.04.25
  • Week 2: Fri 02.05.25
  • Week 3: Fri 09.05.25
  • Week 4: Fri 16.05.25
  • Week 5: Fri 23.05.25
