Ideal for All is a disabled peoples user led organisation providing Direct Payment services since 1997.  We can support individuals with all the elements of Direct Payments, i.e. information, advice & guidance, initial & ongoing employment support, recruiting carers/PAs, provision of a payroll service and a managed account service.  Our staff have the experience, knowledge and skills to support individuals with the set up and on going management of their DP.  With a person centred approach we will work with you or your representative to support independent living by helping you manage your DP effectively.
