Lynx Care (UK) Ltd is a well established family run business, providing a managed account service to people with support needs who are in receipt of an individual Budget or Direct Payment. These support needs include older people, people with learning disabilities or physical disabilities, and people with dementia.

With a customer centred approach, we will create an account for the individual, monitor the payments coming in and liaise with Direct Payments if any problems arise. Payments to the service providers will be made according to the information on the support plan, communicating with the social worker to ensure a smooth process.
