A typical Home Care visit:
In all fairness, there’s no such thing as a typical Home Care visit from us. Because every visit revolves around the individual needs of your loved one, and every person is different.
With that in mind, here are some things that our highly-trained Care Experts are often asked to do.
When you work with us, the benefits speak for themselves. None more loudly than your family being able to stay in the place they love, for longer.
We also provide: night care, respite care, live in care and complex care.
Provides help with budgets ie money management for Direct Payment recipients through a free managed account service. RPL has been awarded to this provider for their money management services for their homecare clients only. Pension collection, budgeting and bill management

- Help them wake up, wash and dress for the day
- Talk and reminisce about times past
- Prepare fully balanced healthy meals
- Schedule and collect medication
- Take care of the shopping
- Ease the burden by looking after those everyday chores
- Accompany them on visits to friends and family
- Help them settle into bed at night
- Go for walks together.

Bluebird Care provides a money management service for customers who receive care from Bluebird Care, this service is offered free of charge. We will also manage a care budget for customers who do not receive care from Bluebird Care, this is charged at £300 per annum. We authorised by Sheffield City Council & are approved on the recognised provider service for Money Management & For Home Care.
Bluebird will:
- ensure care is appropriate and fits within the allocated budget
- supply simple bank statements and information in plain language to ensure customers can understand
- keep a full audit trail of how the budget is being spent
- enable people to be aware of being accountable for their expenditure
- proactively provide reports to Sheffield City Council of client accounts
Areas Served: Bluebird Care services are available throughout the whole of Sheffield.
