The University of Sheffield AMRC Training Centre is a great place to do an apprenticeship for a number of reasons. The centre is top of the regional league table for engineering apprentice achievement so as an apprentice, you are more likely to succeed with us.

Our study programme offers you the opportunity to experience real work, in a real work environment. We will identify specific and appropriate placements with local employers that will meet your individual needs. The information gained and skills learned whilst on a work placement are very important when deciding what you want to do.

We offer a wide range of courses to help you craft new skills or build on existing ones. By utilising available government pots of money that are specifically budgeted for learning, we are able to provide a number of different training options. Most of our courses have no cost, and all are nationally accredited qualifications.

Based at Graves Leisure students will study in purpose-built classrooms and facilities, creating a perfect learning environment to thrive within.

Alongside the academic studies, where 15 sports related units will be covered, students will train and play on a weekly basis, representing Qualitas in the Regional College League & against Academy professional clubs in friendly fixtures, aiding the courses uniqueness.

Qualitas are passionate about enhancing students’ employability skills, which is why students have access to work experience within Qualitas.
